«Hydro» («Sapa») plant
Place of work Hungary, Sekeshfegerwar, Kofem.
Working field «Hydro» plant produces auto machines aluminum detail extrusions.
Salary (netto) 180000 – 220000 Hungarian forints/month. Salary is charged onto the bank account.
Working conditions
  • Machinist-technician (equipment operator).
  • Packer (it is a pair work in packing- packing, putting into boxes, setting onto pallet the produced products and extrusions).
  • Processing agent (in the field of processing- processing of auto machines details on the CNC machines, on milling machine, timber saw, on presser bar, measuring with beam compass and documentation).
  • Press operator (using CNC machines , measuring and documentation of auto machines details). In the field of pressing the temperature may reach 40 °C with presses of heat processing.
Labour protection rules Сompulsory uniform on all sites (boots with steel gasket, a helmet, hearing protectors, safety vest, protection glasses). The plant provides the workers with the working uniforms and labour protection items.
Extras are charged for
  • Overtimes at weekends, bonuses, group bonuses, quarter bonus, Christmas bonus.
  • Privileges.
Voluntary Pension Fund «Aegon» 5% of salary gross.
Working schedule 6 working days per week, 8 hours a day (continuous 6+2). Includes three shifts.
Accommodation At an employer’s expense in Sekeshfegerwar and Velentse (rooms for the period of 2 months, separate male/female bathrooms/kitchens).
Feeding At employee’s own expense (canteen at the territory of the plant).
Getting to the working place At employer’s expense (service bus).
Trip to Ukraine Once in 3 months.
Requirements
  • Minimum basic secondary education or vocational technical education.
  • Engineering industry qualification is an advantage.
  • Working experience at plants (qualifications of a mechanic, metallurgist and turner are the advantages).
  • Language – Ukrainian (Hungarian is an advantage).
  • No allergies to oils, metal or emulsion.
  • Clean record.
Additional information
  • Probation period – 3 months.
  • Paid vacation 20 days/year, additional vacation depends on age.
  • Ukrainian trip financing is compensated by the employer.
  • Working card for 2 years, with the opportunity to prolong it for two more years.
